Copyright Notification
Miogle dosen't allow copyright infringing and infringing of intellectual property rights. Miogle have the rights to remove any content without prior notice, if it meets copyright infringing. If the person/user repetedly infringing, Miogle have the rights to terminate his/her user account.
If you believe that your work/content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Miogle the following information given below.
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the miogle website. We also need specific URL of the infringing material.
4. Your detailed address, telephone number, e-mail address.
5. A statement by you that you have good faith belief that the dispute use is not authorized by the copyright/Intellectual property owner,its agent or the law.
6. A statement by you that the information in the notification is accurate, and made penalty and perjury, that you are the copyright owner authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that the content you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, please inform us by mail. We will restore the deleted content. Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subjected to liability.
